East Side (Hilo side) of the Big Island only

Boundary Survey

A boundary survey includes the following:

  • Property corners set and marked with wooden stakes with flagging
  • A map showing the dimensions of the parcel and any encroachments
  • For additional fees, I can set points on line for a fence, or show building setback lines or man-made improvements on the map

K1 Survey (for real estate agents only)

Formerly known as a  C41, a K1 survey includes:

  • Property corners set and marked with wooden stakes with flagging
  • A map showing the dimensions of the lot

K2 Survey (for real estate agents only)

Formerly known as a C42, a K2 survey includes:

  • Property corners set and marked with wooden stakes with flagging
  • A detailed map with lot dimensions and improvements, such as buildings or fences (it does not show plants)
  • A report that describes the improvements that cross boundary lines and tells you how far those improvements encroach onto your lot (or the neighbor’s lot) or into the setbacks

I do not do ALTA, construction layout, shoreline certification, or flood/elevation certificates
